AdTag – Counter Attack

Our environment nowadays is overloaded with (billboards) advertisement. While some cities like Sao Paolo, Brazil totally ban advertisements on the streets, I organized a “make love, not war”-ish manifest. What I created is a community and movement named AdTag which stands for “Attack” annex “Ad(vertisement) Tag”. On the website people can create and order their own billboardstickers. The stickers are designed in a cartoonish similar to the photo-album stickers. With the stickers AdTaggers can change the complete subject and message of an advertisement, which starts a conversation and interaction between the AdTagger and billboard. Whether it is to raise awareness for issues/subjects in the world or just for fun, it will trigger audience to think about our capitalistic way of life....

NRC Handelsblad – Crossmedia concepts

NRC Handelsblad is a traditional newspaper with a circulation of 200.000 newspaper a day. Its looking for a way to create more involvement with her readership trough innovative campaigns. After a filedresearch we found out reader of the newspaper are loval and well educated. Our three proposals: News of today with the tomorrow’s history Not all products are getting well preserved when time elapse. We believe the news that NRC brings is well preserved like wine.  Trough QR codes, readers can collect their articles from the psysical newspaper into their personal online account. When they like they can order their collection as a deluxe booklet. Prestige through knowledge and insight Reading the NRC Handelsblad makes you a “VIP”. A high educated person that has a certain position within society. We give the readers a moment of fame by staring in a campaign that quote their point of view on today’s news. Objectivity in a world of opinions Nowadays everybody has their opinion on the Internet. For example a single image can be interpreted in many  ways.
